Q: Will you do all of my shopping for me?

We will happily accommodate to all your shopping needs: meats vegetables cleaning supplies, etc. We deal only with the best and freshest items so feel free to allow us to meet all your shopping needs.

Q: Will everything be at my vacation home when I arrive?

We will make every effort to have your order placed securely inside your vacation home on the day of your arrival, usually before you arrive.

Q: If I don't find everything I need on your shopping list, can I add extras?

Simply fill in the appropriate blank(s) on the shopping list with your request and we will contact you within 48 hours with a total and confirmation.

Q: If I have special dietary restrictions, can you accommodate me?

Specify your dietary needs on the order form and we will gladly accommodate your needs.

Q: What if I don't order enough?

Please place your order carefully, considering the length of your stay as well as the number of vacationers accompanying you. If you have additional needs during your stay feel free to contact us. However please consider delivery costs when doing so as our standard provisioning fees will apply.

Q: What If I order too much?

We do not keep provisions in stock and are therefore unable to accept returns. Please place your order carefully.

Q: How are the deliveries made?

Orders are picked up and delivered on your date of arrival between the hours of 12 PM and 6 PM. Your provisions will be kept fresh and cool in the appropriate places within your vacation home.

Q: How much does this service cost?

The provisioning fee for Laguna Beach area will be $45 dollars or 18% of your order's cost whichever is greater. Newport Beach area fees are 20% or $50.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order but please consider the provisioning fee in order to make our service economically feasible.
